1. Ground leveling

The first thing to do is leveling. Cement cementitious materials are used for operation. The next step can be started only after the level reaches the standard, so as to avoid the leakage of waterproof coating caused by uneven thickness.

2. Determine elevation

This is a key step. After the vertical height is clear, find out a certain gentle slope of the stabilized layer, lay a leveling layer, seal and waterproof around the floor drain, lay an additional layer with waterproof layer, water storage test, etc.

3. Cleaning and troweling

After the main parts and pipes are arranged, the impurities around them shall be removed. Next, the formwork shall be erected at the bottom of the slab, and then watered to wet it. Finally, fine aggregate concrete shall be poured, tamped, blocked and troweled.

4. Slope making groove

Find a slope of 1% ~ 2% from the flat to the place where the main parts are arranged, the slope near 50mm shall be 3% ~ 5%, and 20mm shall be reserved around × 20mm groove.
