Installation method of odor proof floor drain

1. The installation height of direct closed odor proof floor drain is ≥ 7cm (from the ground to the corner of the drainage pipe).

2. Please take out the sealing core before installation to avoid sundries falling in and affecting the use effect.

3. If the drainage pipe is too close to the ground, the drainage pipe shall be cut short to make the rear plate of the floor drain slightly lower than the ground (Note: do not damage the ground waterproof layer).

4. If the drainage pipe is too far from the ground, it can be filled with cement mortar, and the drainage pipe can be raised so that the floor drain can be inserted into it.

5. During operation, block the drainage pipe with a cloth to prevent blockage caused by falling debris; Then roll kraft paper or other strong materials into a cylinder matching the sewer pipe, connect it with the sewer pipe, and raise it above the ground. Fill the mixed cement mortar (1:1) into the surrounding gap. The filling height is that the floor drain is installed, and the rear plate is slightly lower than the ground.

6. After the cement mortar solidifies, put the floor drain into the pipe formed by it (Note: the cement mortar shall not wrap the sealing core or push the sealing gasket, which will cause the sealing core to be unable to be taken out or the sealing gasket to be unable to be opened).

7. Fill and level the gap between the floor drain panel and the ground with white cement, then install the sealing core and cover the grate (Note: the floor drain can be used after the cement is completely dry).

8. If it is a floor drain of washing machine, insert the drainage pipe sleeve on the fixing pin on the upper part of the sealing core (or drain the surface water).

9. According to the use situation, it is generally cleaned once every 20 days. During cleaning, remove the sealing core counterclockwise from the floor drain body and wash it in clean water.
